How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
At The Yard Scoopers, the safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. We sanitize all equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant between visits to prevent the spread of germs. To further ensure safety, we take pictures of the gate after each cleaning to confirm it’s securely closed. Plus, all our employees undergo background checks for your peace of mind.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after each clean up?
Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety, as dog waste is considered a hazardous material. Currently, we double-bag the waste and place it in the customer's trash can or neatly at the side of their house. We are actively working on securing an offsite facility to provide the option of removing the waste from your property entirely.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Can I request a specific clean up day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. While not every day may be available in your area, our large service area allows us to offer 2-3 options that are most likely to fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for service?
No, we don’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. To keep costs low, we optimize our routes for efficiency at midnight the day before your service. However, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
