All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup The Yard Scoopers will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Yard Scoopers technician will take and upload a photo of your securely closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally escape. Our team members will then disinfect all scooping equipment with an organic, kennel-grade solution to prevent the spread of germs and illness, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your pets.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location and local regulations, your pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or if no can is available, the waste will be double-bagged and placed neatly on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
